COLUMN & BOOM 

Welmax column and boom is a module based concept. High precision combined with flexibility gives us a possibility to equip the boom with different types of processes like TIG, HotWire TIG, K-TIG, Cladding, Narrow Gap TIG, MIG, SAW or Plasma. The combination of these processes gives the system a high flexibility. Different types of welding heads makes it easy to swap between the processes. Minimal training and easy to use. An oscillation unit can easily be connected and integrated.

All processes is controlled by Welmax developed ProControl, a welding controller providing you with complete control of the welding process.

The Welmax ProControl features unique intelligent welding functions developed by Welmax. The operator can easily set the welding parameters or choose pre-set macros where you only choose pipe diameter, wall thickness and pipe material.
